We believe in the AIBA Earbud. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. We want you to experience ambient computing risk-free.

Contact Support

Email us at support@aibatech.com or visit our Contact Page. Please include your Order #.

Receive Label

We will review your request (usually within 24 hours) and send you a prepaid shipping label via email.

Ship It Back

Pack the items securely and drop the package off at the carrier specified on your label.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 48 hours of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

How long do refunds take?

After we inspect the return (2-3 days), banks usually take another 3-7 business days to show the funds in your account.

Do you cover return shipping?

Yes. For all eligible returns within the 30-day window, we provide a free prepaid shipping label.

What about exchanges?

If your device is defective or damaged, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Email us for an expedited exchange.
